Once you are viewing their profile, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "CorpsData permissions" tab.
- you don’t have to give people full access to the system to allow them to access individual modules
For example, you can make the communications module available to a staff person by going to their profile, clicking on “CorpsData permissions” and checking the “Full communications access” or “Partial communications access” Similarly, if you wanted to designate someone to just manage inventory you would give them that access here.
To designate others as CorpsData administrators with full access to the system, click on “People” on the menu bar, use the “search” filters to find their profile, click on “CorpsData permissions” and click on the “Full administrative rights (includes access to all modules)” check box. Don’t forget to click the “Save” button after you make changes.
To remove someone’s administrator rights, just uncheck the check box.
